For current Post-9/11 GI Bill recipients, the Department of Veterans Affairs recently announced the tuition and fee caps for 2010-2011. The Department of Veterans Affairs will use these numbers to process payments to universities for students enrolled in the fall term of 2010. State Approving Agencies determine the highest in-state public tuition for undergraduate programs. In turn, these caps set the maximum payments available to students using the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
